Viko Returns Policy and Product Warranty

Your Viko product is designed with quality and durability in mind. We are confident that you will love your Viko item, but if for any reason you need to return or replace it, we strive to make the process as straightforward as possible. Please review the following terms, which apply exclusively to products purchased through www.goviko.com.

VIKO LIMITED WARRANTY

Your Viko product is covered by a limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. If your Viko item is found to be defective under normal and appropriate use, Viko will replace it with eligible replacement parts whenever possible.

PRIOR TO SHIPPING A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO VIKO FOR REVIEW.

VIKO SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction with Viko products is guaranteed 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with the color, size, or style of your Viko item, you may return it for a refund or replacement within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note that this returns policy does not apply to used products.

To authorize your return, please contact our customer service team at support@goviko.com. In your email, please include the following: Name, Order Number, Photo of the unused item in its original packaging, Reason for Return or Exchange. Please ensure all necessary information is provided to avoid delays in processing your request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 30 days of receiving the returned item. You are responsible only for the return shipping costs to Viko.

We may assign a Returns Code, which should be included on the package label for processing your return. Additionally, we may provide instructions on how to return the item.

You are responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Failure to follow these instructions may result in Viko denying the return.

Before initiating a warranty claim, please review the following:

- Broken or leaking caps: If your cap is broken or leaking, please do not return your flask. Instead, fill out the warranty form to provide details. You may be required to submit a photo of the cap for validation. Shipping charges for returning the flask will be your responsibility.
- Shipping damage: If your Viko product arrives damaged from www.goviko.com, please contact us immediately. We cannot replace products damaged during use. Validating the claim may require submitting a video or photo of the damage.
- Rattling: A rattling noise may occur due to a small metal disc between the double wall of the flask, which aids in the vacuum insulation process. While this does not affect the flask's functionality, we are happy to exchange it if it is bothersome.
- Warranty eligibility: Each warranty claim will be assessed individually. We cannot guarantee the availability of replacement parts for every component of your Viko product.
- Warranty coverage: Warranty claims are only approved for products purchased from authorized dealers. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes damage caused by misuse, alterations, wear and tear, etc.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to process all submissions in the order they are received. Please ensure that all necessary photos and/or videos are included with your warranty claim to avoid potential delays or denial of your request.
